Hazard: The metal rivets attaching the boot handles can fail resulting in a small part posing a potential choking hazard to small children.
Recalled Product: Western Chief PVC Lighted Rain Boots, Model Numbers:

Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled boots away from children and return them to any Target Store for a full refund.
