We'll review your info within 2-3 business days to determine if your retail store could be a good selling partner for our brands. If so - and you're new to selling our products - we'll send you new customer paperwork including our MAP policy & ePartner agreement which will need to be completed and returned via email.
We'll review your paperwork and approve your account within 3-5 days so you can start placing orders through Legacy.
Q: I applied but I didn't receive an email approval
A: Please check your junk/spam email folder! Mark the sender as safe from junk / spam.
Q: Why are there so many sold out products?
A: Either we are out of inventory or the product hasn't set yet.
Q: I don't see a specific product I'm looking for.
A: The product may be exclusive to specific customer. Please reach out to email@example.com for questions.
Q: Can I use my own shipping account?
A: Not through the WSC Wholesale Portal. We ship on our pre-negotiated FedEx account and the rates that we charge you appear at checkout.
Q: Can I sell your products on Amazon?
A: No, we are not accepting new 3rd-party sellers on Amazon due to our current exclusivity agreements.
Q: I want to place a wholesale order but not through the online portal - what do I do?
A: Email firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will be in touch shortly.
Q: I want to place an order to ship at a later date or for a new product being released in the future. How do I do that?
A: Legacy is only for at-once orders. Email email@example.com to place an order to ship at a future date.
